The practice was founded in 2019 by Jeannette González Moretti, an expert designing methods and processes that accelerate cultural transformation in women entrepreneurs and executives committed to becoming an active part of the local and global economy.

Jeannette González-Moretti, expert in the design of methods and processes that accelerate the transformation of women, entrepreneurs and executives committed to becoming conscious leaders, being an active part of local and global economies. Her experience consists of identifying gaps and challenges in organizations, leaders and ventures; and in designing and developing customized tools to transform processes and visions into sustainable and repeatable success.
She has decades of experience directing complex educational, economic and political conferences, meetings and programs in more than 50 countries, leading clients primarily in the US federal government such as USAID, the US Department of Commerce and the Commercial Law Development Program, CLDP and the latter's programs around the world. She has extensive experience leading suppliers, talent and processes at high-profile programs and events including former US Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton and celebrities such as Bono/U2.
Jeannette founded ONE% after decades of witnessing the timid forays of women into business, leadership, politics and the economy in emerging countries, with the aim of providing them with strategies, tools and skills that help them better position their talents, products, services and companies to create a global impact.
She is a TEDx speaker, Public speaker, and creator of online courses such as Mastering Your Reflection, Dancing with My Shadows, and Rediscovering Your Inner Wizard. Her desire to see the world and experience new adventures has led her to travel to 26 countries, live in 3, learning their languages and idiosyncrasies, achieving balance on a professional and personal level.
